My Work

My main job is to support a wide range of non-design tasks in the technical department and contribute to organizational management.
Although we have a large number of engineers, our Technology Management Group works as a small but elite team, sharing the work amongst itself.
Specifically, they are responsible for managing drawings and documents, collecting information on laws and regulations, intellectual property, OA management, etc., and also play a role as the "behind the scenes" supporter, answering technical inquiries from designers, establishing internal company regulations, and coordinating with other departments.
The most rewarding part of this job is when I respond to various requests and inquiries and see them lead to concrete results.
When you receive words of gratitude, it gives you great satisfaction.
It's not a glamorous job, but I believe that I am an essential part of supporting the smooth running of the entire technical department.

Having ties with overseas
That was the point of joining

During my student days, I had the opportunity to study abroad in the United States for a short period of time, and I realized how stimulating and interesting it was to be exposed to different cultures, races, and customs at a young age.
Through this experience, I learned that there are people with different values in the world, and this has had a big influence on who I am today.
For this reason, I wanted to work for a manufacturer that operates globally, and I was attracted to this company because it also handles exports.

Now, as a manager, I feel that a company is also a collection of people with diverse values and ideas.
Every day I feel the importance of each member respecting each other's opinions, praising each other, honing their individuality and strengths, and supporting each other as a team.
We believe that by growing as individuals and creating synergy among ourselves in this way, the group, department, and ultimately the entire company will grow, leading to product development that meets customer expectations.

Our company also pays attention to work-life balance, and I enjoy golfing, mountain climbing, traveling, etc. on my days off.
My interest in golf began when I became a manager and was given the opportunity to attend management training offered by my company.
The training lasted for about a year, and it was a very educational experience for me. Not only did I understand the management perspective, but I also had the opportunity to connect with people from other companies in different industries and positions, learn various ways of thinking, and develop the ability to view the company as a whole from a bird's-eye view.
I started playing golf through this connection, and it has allowed me to meet new people and explore new worlds. I believe that if you have the motivation and passion, new doors will always open.

To everyone currently job-hunting, I would like to tell you the importance of approaching the job search with enthusiasm and passion.
When you join our company, try to proactively take on any task. No experience is wasted, even if it is a small one, and it will lead to your future growth and broaden your world.

Paperless distribution of drawings
Company-wide projects

Contributing to changing mindsets through paperless workplaces

Until now, in order to put the drawings created by designers into practice, the drawings were distributed on paper to related departments within the company.
When I became group leader, my first task was to propose a project to change from paper distribution to electronic data distribution.
At first, some veteran staff who were accustomed to working with paper drawings expressed some concerns, but through persistent explanations and negotiations, we were able to gain their understanding and cooperation.
As a result, the project was a success, achieving improved business efficiency through the speed of drawing development, significant cost reductions, and the first step in promoting digital transformation.
This project was carried out in coordination with many stakeholders, and in the process of unraveling the process of distributing drawings and solving difficult issues one by one while considering overall optimization, everyone on the team felt a great sense of accomplishment and joy.
I am proud to have contributed to building the foundation for the entire company through this initiative.

During working hours, I think only about work, but on my days off, I enjoy doing the things I like and balance my work and hobbies.
I especially love traveling, so when I have a long vacation I sometimes go on trips abroad.
