This job involves selling Kanzaki products through sales activities to domestic and overseas customers.
We also support the development of products that meet customer needs and manage delivery dates, working in cooperation with various departments such as the development and design department and the production department.
The joy and sense of accomplishment we feel when we are able to solve a customer's problem with a Kanzaki product is something that cannot be replaced by anything else.
Development and Design
Development and Design Department
This job involves developing products and technologies based on the company's policies and strategies.
The work is divided into three phases: planning and concept stage, prototyping stage, and mass production stage. First, we obtain a plan and concept from customer inquiries and market research, and then decide on product specifications.
Based on those specifications, we use calculations and analysis to create a prototype design, test and evaluate the prototype, and then, based on the evaluation results, move on to the final mass production stage.

This job involves procuring and purchasing the necessary resources from outside the company so that the production department can assemble products smoothly.
Specifically, we select the most suitable supplier, handle ordering, and manage delivery dates.
If a defective product is found, we work with the development and design department and the quality control department to take measures to prevent recurrence.
Another important part of the job is building relationships with business partners through regular meetings and price negotiations.
Support/improvement
Production Technology Department
This job involves improving production lines from a multifaceted perspective to increase production efficiency.
Specifically, we identify issues with the current production system and make improvements, launch new production lines, expand or build new factories, etc., and we also promote business improvement activities and provide human resource training for improvements.
The role of production technology is to act as a bridge between the development/design department and the production department, and to create a system for mass production while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and delivery time.

This job involves machining metal parts precisely according to drawings and combining parts to assemble products.
In order to create better products, we often work in collaboration with various departments, such as the quality department and the production technology department.

Quality control department
This job involves working with the company, business partners, and overseas group factories to ensure that products manufactured by the Kanzaki Group in Japan and overseas can be delivered to customers as 100% quality products. Specifically, we work on quality improvement activities with the production site and hold specification meetings with parts suppliers.
We also participate in concurrent engineering for new products, building a quality system that can satisfy customer quality requirements from the early design stages.
Personnel and Labor
Human resources department
Responsible for managing personnel and labor affairs within the company.
We handle personnel management, including recruitment from new graduates to mid-career hires, employee training, and transfers within the company and between group companies.
We also handle labor management, such as managing in-house working hours and salaries, and adjusting labor-management relations.
