CPE system

Short-term training program for overseas affiliates

This is a system aimed at candidates for overseas postings, and allows them to actually go to an overseas subsidiary and undergo training for approximately three months.

Relaxation services are offered by acupuncturists and judo therapists in the training room of the employee welfare building, Yawaragi Plaza.

This is a company-sponsored event that aims to encourage all employees to walk and become healthy. If you reach the target number of steps, you will receive an "Achievement Award."

Wedding and birth gifts

We provide a gift money when an employee gets married or when an employee or their spouse gives birth.

Retirement benefits system
