First meeting for new employees. We will explain the joining procedure and future schedule.

Induction Ceremony

The induction ceremony is filled with tension and anticipation as you join your new colleagues and begin your life as a working professional!

Yanmar Group Joint New Employee Training

New employees of the Yanmar Group gather together for joint training.

In-house training and qualification acquisition

You will learn the basics of being an employee of a manufacturing company, including safety, quality, and the environment.
Additionally, practical training is provided by in-house instructors, including basic skills education and workplace improvement simulation experiences.
You can also acquire skills qualifications at external training centers.

On-site training

This will involve approximately one year of on-the-job training.
Students will undergo practical training through rotations in various departments, from the production site to indirect departments.

After a long training period, it's finally time for your assignment.

We have a CPE system that allows you to use 40 hours per year of your working hours for self-improvement, so you can study efficiently to obtain qualifications, etc.
