We provide a variety of training programs based on rank-based education, tailored to each employee's career and job content.

In-house training and qualification acquisition
You will learn the basics of being an employee of a manufacturing company, including safety, quality, and the environment.
Additionally, practical training is provided by in-house instructors, including basic skills education and workplace improvement simulation experiences.
You can also acquire skills qualifications at external training centers. -

This will involve approximately one year of on-the-job training.
Students will undergo practical training through rotations in various departments, from the production site to indirect departments. -

We have a CPE system that allows you to use 40 hours per year of your working hours for self-improvement, so you can study efficiently to obtain qualifications, etc.
