High-speed gear phase indexing and workpiece changer significantly reduce non-cutting time, and also support shaft gears
The indexing function at the machining position is now as fast as possible (1 sec)
Upper: tailstock, dressing device, lower: work changer, interchangeable on a common rotating shaft
Both the tail stock and the dressing device can be moved to the work loading/unloading surface, shortening the changeover time and improving workability.
Two dressing devices can be installed, and tool change and adjustment are unnecessary, reducing changeover time.
Also, different types of dressing devices can be installed.
