A beautiful world comes from a heart of gratitude
This is the motto of founder 山岡 Sonokichi, and it encapsulates his fundamental philosophy for conducting business: "Life may be greatly influenced by luck and misfortune, but if you continue to work hard without losing sincerity and gratitude, you will gain good collaborators, open up new paths, receive gratitude from others, and a beautiful world will naturally unfold" (excerpt from "My Autobiography").
Fuel economy
This phrase was passed down from the founder, 山岡 Sonokichi, and embodies the desire to repay gratitude to the country, the world, and humanity through resource conservation and labor saving.
Peace
This is the motto of the fourth president, Kojiro 山岡, and the spirit that has been passed down in Kanzaki: "By listening with a humble heart, sharing constructive opinions and wisdom without conflict, engaging in thorough discussion, and acting as one, anything can be led in a positive direction."
