KANZAKI 's electric hydraulic control system controls oil flow rate by changing the swash plate angle of the hydraulic pump in hydrostatic transmission (HST) for traveling. The system makes the most of engine power and increases output performance and achieves fuel-efficient vehicle. KANZAKI suggests improvement of operability optmized for customers' needs.
Expansion of Mechatronics
KANZAKI has developed electric motors for transmmission, drivetrains for electric vehicles and electric control units for electric drive system.
Software Development
KANZAKI has built the technology of electric controls based on "Model Based Development(MBD)". KANZAKI is working on the whole development such as the function review through adacemic simulation, the performance review by prototype in advance and the design and review of electri control unit software (ECU).
