On February 11, 2026 (Wednesday, a public holiday), we held a work experience program called "Work Kids" for the children of our employees.
Participants got to experience actual work tasks such as assembly, inspection, and picking.
They use the "Wow Kids Money" they earn from their jobs to buy lunch and drinks.
This event helped the children realize the importance of work, the sense of accomplishment it brings, and to appreciate the hard work their parents do.
In the future, we plan to expand our recruitment scope to include nearby elementary schools and other schools.
We held the work experience event "Work Kids" on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
This event allowed children to actually experience Kanzaki's work, providing an opportunity for them to learn about the "difficulties of working" and the "importance of money" through the experience.
On the day, four people participated and experienced the work of collection and delivery, inspection, and assembly.
