Basic philosophy

Based on our basic philosophy that "the health of our employees and their families is our company's greatest asset," we are implementing measures to improve the working environment, including health management.
Since participating in the Hyogo Prefecture Health Promotion Challenge Company in fiscal 2018, we have been promoting health management, including participating in the Health Declaration.
We believe that a balance between work and life leads to healthy and fulfilling working conditions, and we strive to improve our working environment.

To maintain and improve the health of our employees, we implement ongoing initiatives with the participation of management and all employees, with the top management as the ultimate responsible party, and share the results of these initiatives throughout the company.
In addition, the results of measures to maintain and promote employee health, implemented in collaboration with industrial physicians, public health nurses, and other professionals or industrial health staff, will be reported at a meeting attended by executives.

Activity details

Supporting a healthy body

To support employees in maintaining healthy bodies, we have a permanent training room within the company.
We have also introduced a benefits system in which we invite judo therapists and acupuncturists to provide massage services.

History of Healthy Walking

2018 Held a walking event to promote health awareness (190 participants)
2019 The event period was extended based on employee feedback (210 participants)
2020 The event was held for a wide range of generations, including women and seniors, who have had few participants in the past (230 people participated).
2021 A family-participation event was held to deepen family ties and promote health awareness starting from the home (246 participants).
2022 With the goal of unity among the members, we held a competition where members competed against other divisions to achieve their individual goals and to determine rankings based on participation rate and total number of steps (249 members participated).
2023 The event was entitled "Spread the Circle of Healthy Walking" and involved inviting colleagues, seniors, and juniors to help everyone become healthy (259 participants).
