We aim to improve productivity and sustain and grow the company.
Basic philosophy
Based on our basic philosophy that "the health of our employees and their families is our company's greatest asset," we are implementing measures to improve the working environment, including health management.
Since participating in the Hyogo Prefecture Health Promotion Challenge Company in fiscal 2018, we have been promoting health management, including participating in the Health Declaration.
We believe that a balance between work and life leads to healthy and fulfilling working conditions, and we strive to improve our working environment.

Supporting a healthy body
To support employees in maintaining healthy bodies, we have a permanent training room within the company.
We have also introduced a benefits system in which we invite judo therapists and acupuncturists to provide massage services.
